Side “Little Boy”  – $4.60/lb. hanging weight (approx 170 lbs.) (plus packaging & beef processing)

Side “Big Boy”  – $4.50/lb. hanging weight (approx 240 lbs.) (plus packaging & beef processing)

Whole Little Bluestem Black Angus™

($475 deposit for whole beef)

Whole “Little Boy” — $4.40/lb  hanging weight (approx 340 lbs.)  (plus packaging & beef processing)

Whole “Big Boy” — $4.25/lb  hanging weight (approx 480 lbs.)  (plus packaging & beef processing)

*Note:  The actual price you pay will always be less than or equal to the prices quoted above.  When your beef is weighed, we will make an adjustment for the actual hanging weight of your animal on a sliding scale. If the hanging weight is a little more than expected, you will end up paying a little less per pound.

Split Side Descriptions

Front Quarter: (front ¼ of a split side):

Chuck Roasts, Skirt steak, Arm Roasts, Short Ribs, Rib Roasts, Rib Steak, Rib Eye Steak, and Brisket

Hind Quarter: (hind ¼ of a split side):

Round Steak, Swiss Steak, Rump Roasts, Flank Steak, Sirloin Steak, and T-Bone/Porterhouse Steak (or remove the bone to get K. C. Strips and Filets)
